1) A variation on pina coladas, the basis for this drink comes from
a mouthwatering treat first served at the pool bars of many world-famous
hotels in the late 1940's.
2) Combine a half cup of pineapple cubes and 4 or 5 medium size ice
cubes. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a tall, chilled
glass.
3) Over the pineapple and ice, pour half a jigger of coconut liquor
and one jigger of rum. Top with a pour of Jeff's Vanilla Soda. Garnish with
a pineapple spear and umbrella. |
